Multi-channel Insight Analyst

A successful fashion footwear specialist. They have retail sites across Europe and America and stock a mixture of their own label and branded footwear

The Role

This is the only analyst position within the e-commerce team. You would be responsible for mining and analysing visit and transactional data for both online and in store to produce actionable customer and marketing insight. You will then present this information to stakeholders across the business to help drive and inform the multi-channel marketing strategy

Requirements are flexible, but they are especially keen to consider anyone with the following:

- 3yrs+ of CRM/database and customer insight analytics
- Analytics experience within a retail, FMCG, eCommerce or similar organisation
- Hands on experience in Excel
