Signature Recruitment have an exciting permanent opportunity to join our client, a medical membership organisation, as a MS Dynamics CRM Systems Administrator!

In this role you will be working with MS Dynamics to ensure that all operations and system improvements run smoothly. You will be a super user of MS Dynamics and able to suggest more efficient ways of using data, workflows and reports.

If you have excellent communication skills, 2 - 3 years of experience using Microsoft Dynamics, and are ready to step into an new challenge, then this could be an excellent role for you!

MS Dynamics CRM Systems Administrator Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the data in the CRM is accurate.
  • Work with the organisation as a system champion; train people to ensure CRM is understood by new and existing users; help the system grow and evolve
  • Assess options for optimising and configuring the system
  • Review, assess and prioritise requests for improvement / change requests with the CRM Development Manager
  • Field support requests; answering the questions or handing over to the supplier helpdesk and working with them through to resolution
  • Administer configuration changes
  • Take responsibility for changes to: dashboards, views, business processes, workflows and dialogs, templates, reports, fields and forms
  • Develop strategic dashboards and KPI reporting tools
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy around reporting
  • Attend meetings with staff members and teams to review upcoming issues, items and training
  • Liaise with third party support Partners to resolve issues and to develop any new features
  • Create test plans, scripts and carry out general testing to ensure changes will not have an impact on the system
  • Set up security parameters and undertake audits as required
  • Creation of new user guides to support new processes and releases
  • Ensure data security an protection is maintained at all times in line with GDPR

MS Dynamics CRM Systems Administrator Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience implementing business improvements and customisations using MS Dynamics
  • Excellent communication skills and able to liaise across all business levels
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working with MS Dynamics
  • A high attention to detail when working with large data sets
