Microsoft Dynamics CRM /MS CRM Support Consultant, new role with a well-respected software consultancy, now part of a larger global software group who specialise in ERP and CRM software and provide an excellent environment for growth and learning. Base salary to £45k, with private healthcare and bonus scheme for a CRM Support Consultant with good knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM. Office based in a rural location between Nottingham and Mansfield with occasional visits to client sites.
You will provide support on MS Dynamics CRM, you will be the first point of contact with the clients dealing with the first and second line issues. You will have a team of developers to hand who are experts within the .Net, C# arena plus the consulting team is there for help and advice. You will manage your own support cases and escalations, testing solutions to problems where required and providing a high level of support.
You will deal with clients from 10 users on Microsoft Dynamics CRM to 200 users and the variety of issues that you will be faced with, will ensure that your MS Dynamics CRM skills develop to the highest level.
Candidates should have strong MS Dynamics CRM Support experience, preferable from working with a reseller or consultancy, but good support skills from an end user would also be fine. You will be outgoing and friendly, with good communication skills, self-motivation and very good organisation. You should be capable of taking control of client requests, queries and problems and seeing them through to resolution. In depth Dynamics CRM support skills with the ability to build relationships with your clients are essential for the role.
