MRICS Building Surveyor opportunity based in Manchester offering £40000 salary

Your new company
You will be joining an established consultancy who are looking to expand the building surveying team. There are currently 3 building surveyors in the office. As a business they specialise in asset management and property management. the building surveying team support the estates team and also external works.

Your new role
You will be responsible for delivering contract admin, PPM works, party walls, dilapidations, running projects from inception completion. Projects will include roofing schemes, refurbishments, conversions etc. Sectors include charities, extra care, residential, commercial etc. You will support the graduate surveyor through the APC process.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be MRICS qualified ideally within the last 5 years, you will have experience of delivering minor work projects and client facing. You will be able to hit the ground running.

What you'll get in return
This is offering a salary up to £40000 depending on experience. 45p per mile, RICS subs paid, flexible working, 37.5 hours a week and option to work from home at times in the week.
