Automotive Service Advisor required for Multi Franchised Dealership in Norwich, Norfolk
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm + Saturday mornings on a Rota
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 DOE + Bonus + Commission

We are looking to recruit a Motor Trade Service Advisor to join a Prestige & Volume Main Dealer in Norwich, Norfolk
The purpose of the role is to control service bookings, liaising with customers regarding work required to their vehicle, offering the highest level of customer service

To be considered for this role:

Candidates will ideally have Motor Trade Service or Aftersales department experience, but we will consider a strong background in Customer Service and/or Retail, experience within a Customer- facing environment and a warm telephone manner
You'll need to be organised and resilient, IT literate and able to work in a team environment
