Service Administrator Required in Exeter
Up to £18,000 Basic
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
A Service Administrator is required for our client, a very successful Main Dealer.
Daily responsibilities will include:
.Communicate with the workshop and the customer on the progress of the vehicle and the cost of repairs.
.Identify labour charges for work needed to be carried out and ensure parts and 3rd party charges required are listed on the job to enable an estimate or pro-forma to be raised.
.To obtain authority for the work to proceed and obtain start up order numbers and final order numbers to invoice the customer’s account.
.Filing of invoices, jobs sets and purchase orders
.Communicate with customer both internally and externally via telephone, e-mail and possibly fax.
.Receiving vehicles in checking for damage and obtaining mileages
.Raise job cards, estimates and invoices.
.Use online systems to communicate repairs for online authorizations and information to include Kerridge, R2C, CVLink, 1link,
