Just Recruitment Solutions are seeking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor for a well-established main dealer.
The successful candidate will have current or recent automotive parts or aftersales experience; main dealer experience would be an advantage.
As a Parts Advisor you will be an integral member of the aftersales team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the parts department. Daily duties will include receiving parts into stock, booking of parts to workshop jobs, maintaining stock levels and dealing with retail customers. Knowledge of vehicle layout, parts catalogues and computer stock lists would be an advantage but they will be the first things you will be trained in. You will ensure our pricing structures are kept up-to-date, and that stock control is always secure and well maintained. You will be the first point of contact both face to face and over the telephone and will be expected to provide excellent customer service.
You must be well presented, very enthusiastic and be committed to delivering the highest standards. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, be computer literate and be able to fulfill administrative duties.
