As Motor Sales Adviser you will have a significant database of existing clients from another part of the business that will provide you will thousands of leads to go at. Your role will initially be to cleanse the database, fact find and obtain relevant insurance information and gradually start building a pipeline of opportunities.
To be successful in the role, you will have an 'outbound' calling mentality and be able to self-manage your pipeline. Previous experience of working in a motor insurance role will be required together with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
