This successful and established Insurance Claims handler based in Tonbridge, Kent provides various major insurance providers with an effective and cost-efficient partner for handling motor and household insurance claims from start through to settlement, providing a high level of customer service to all policy holders.
Due to ongoing expansion my client is currently seeking an Insurance Claims Handler to join their busy and friendly team and provide a high level of customer service. You will be taking the initial calls from policy holders relating to their Motor Insurance Claim, updating the database with relevant information and then processing each claim through to settlement.
- Process motor claims from FNOL call up to the point of fulfilment including Recovery
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Become familiar with industry regulations and terminology
- Be a point of contact for designated policy holders
- Keep Insurance providers up to date with claims
- Update database accurately
- Work well within a team
Ideal applicants will be educated to a good standard and ideally have relevant experience within Motor Claims / Home Insurance Claims or general experience within Customer Services / Call Centre / Inbound Calls. You must possess excellent customer service skills coupled with a professional telephone manner and a motivated approach.
