Established local business looking to employ talented individuals to join their growing Claims Negotiating team. The business provides bespoke insurance claims handling and management services to a network of nationally based insurance intermediaries and commercial clients.
The successful candidate will be able to be organised and multi task workload, with good administration skills. Strong negotiation skills, and attention to detail are required within this role. You will be able to pro-actively engage and work with a range of internal and external contacts to ensure maximum effectiveness within the role.
The ability to work as part of a team and on your own to achieve company, team and personal targets. Good communication skills; written, listening and oral .High degree of social skills when dealing with a range of people and situations.
