About the position

As a Motor Claims Manager, you will lead and manage successful Motor Claims Technicians based in our clients office based in Cardiff. You will be responsible for the technical development of your Motor Team and the ongoing quality of the work produced as well as ensuring service delivery levels and targets are met. You will be reviewing all processes, ensuring continuous enhancements, whilst being committed to delivering customer satisfaction and be able to motivate and supervise staff but at the same time be able to train and develop their potential.

- You will lead your team to achieve a first class customer service
- Main point of contact for all your clients and your team
- Responsibility for undertaking internal audits
- Developing and implementing new claims process in line with client approval
- You will have the opportunity to participate in Client management and customer management

About you

Experience in Motor claims is highly desirable, customer service champion and true leader of people.

- Experience in leading a busy claims management team within the given sectors
- The ability to coach, train and motivate a team
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong communication skills - both written and oral
- Accurate keyboard skills
- IT literacy
