Motor Claims Handler

Our client a growing organisation at the forefront of the Motor Claims Industry are currently seeking a number of career focused individuals to join their Claims team.

The Role:

 To efficiently, accurately and confidently process new Claims on behalf of the
Company's clients effectively representing the interface between the customer and
the Company
 To convert hire, repair and PI claims successfully and in line with current processes
and compliance requirements
 Achieve monthly KPI targets as communicated by the Company
 Too swiftly, professionally and efficiently answer queries through detailed
knowledge of the claims handling process
 To be the first port of call for more complex claims and assist the Team Leader in the
handling and resolution of complaints
 To at all times promote the corporate image of the company and the company's
clients through the provision of the highest level of service quality
 To liaise with other company departments and employees as appropriate so as to
minimise the inconvenience to the customer and maximise the efficiency of the
claims procedure

The person:

The successful candidate will have previous motor claims experience and be looking for a new challenge within a company that nutures talent. Any knowledge of Credit Hire would be advantageous.
