To efficiently, accurately and confidently process new Claims on behalf of the
Company's clients effectively representing the interface between the customer and
To convert hire, repair and PI claims successfully and in line with current processes
and compliance requirements
Achieve monthly KPI targets as communicated by the Company
Too swiftly, professionally and efficiently answer queries through detailed
knowledge of the claims handling process
To be the first port of call for more complex claims and assist the Team Leader in the
handling and resolution of complaints
To at all times promote the corporate image of the company and the company's
clients through the provision of the highest level of service quality
To liaise with other company departments and employees as appropriate so as to
minimise the inconvenience to the customer and maximise the efficiency of the
The successful candidate will have previous motor claims experience and be looking for a new challenge within a company that nutures talent. Any knowledge of Credit Hire would be advantageous.
