Due to continued company growth our client are recruiting for an experienced Motor Claims Handler.
You will be handling claims on behalf of a motor manufacturer for private clients who have a claims administration and repair policy including Legal Cover.
You will provide a claims handling service by acting as first point of contact for clients and reporting and recording details of new motor incidents.
Liaising with insures, repairers and other agents.
Management of hire / courtesy vehicles for our clients
You must have and understand the claims journey as to actions required and a clear confident telephone manner with strong communication & interpersonal skills
Show good emotional control and behaviour under pressure and remains positive and enthusiastic when dealing with difficult people
Knowledge of Proclaim is an advantage.
The role will require you to work a Monday to Friday shift pattern. (The hours being no early than 8am and no later than 6pm)
