Motor Claims Advisor job - Permanent - £16,080 per annum - Full Time - Customer Service - Monday to Friday

You'll be working for an established organisation with over 20 years of history. Specialising in automotive, appliance and technology and creditor sectors, they offer a fantastic after sales support service as well as tailored products to meet the needs of their clients.
Your new role
You will be dealing with incoming calls from garages and customers and be responsible for negotiating parts and labour costs. You'll be handling calls professionally and handling customer issues are resolved in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to work directly with your Line Manager with special projects and ad hoc tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a good understanding of the Microsoft Office package and have demonstrated fantastic written and verbal communication skills. You'll need to be respectful, courteous to colleagues and customers whilst taking responsibility of your own work. You will need to have the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Annual salary is £16,080 and you'll be entered into a contributory stakeholder pension plan. You'll be working in a modern office that boasts a full restaurant. There is car parking on site and you'll be given the opportunity to develop professionally throughout your career. Expected hours are 37.5 per week and working days are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
