This opporutnity is working for a Mortgage Business and therefore would suit candidates who have worked in Financial Services or Banking and enjoy workign with customers. Full training is provided

My Client are an established Mortgage Business, looking to expand their Broker Support team in Buckinghamshire.

Working as part of a Customer Service team, reporting into the Team manager, you will be responsible for providing Customer support to the Mortgage Brokers. This includes taking calls and dealing with all new business enquiries that come in via the intermediary channels.

The purpose of the role is to provide a support service to all intermediary partners and the intermediary sales team (external Business development team).

Candidates will need to have a good telephone manner and have good Customer Service skills. As you will be dealing with incoming calls and responding to queries to ensure a smooth completion process for the Intermediary partners.

This role focuses on Service delivery and providing an efficient level of service to all the Brokers.


  • Providing Customer Service support to the Brokers and Intermediary network

  • Act as a point of contact to the Brokers and manage queries

  • (telephone, email), outbound calling and any other related activities

  • Support the development of the Broker network by making outbound calls to develop intermediary relationships

  • Ensure that all correspondence is answered promptly in accordance with agreed SLA’s / procedures

  • Assist with the central communication to intermediaries about policy, processes and products

  • Assist in the registration of new brokers and provide technical support for brokers on the online portal

  • Build relationships with broker ensuring an efficient and quality service is provided always

Skills & Experience

  • Good telephone manner and good Customer Service skills

  • Previous experience in Financial Services and good knowledge of TCF and DPA

  • Experience in using Microsoft Office and good administration skills

  • Assisting in dealing with queries and correspondence in accordance with company policy

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office products.
