Mortgage Underwriter – Wolverhampton £24,000+

My client is a established successful Specialist Mortgage Lender who are looking for Mortgage Underwriters to join their mortgages team which has recently been awarded several high profile industry awards and voted within the Top 10 of the Sunday Times 100 best companies to work for in 2016 and 2017.

Due to extensive growth they are looking for an ideal candidate who will have held/hold a lending mandate and has experience within mortgage underwriting.

The client is offering an attractive competitive salary package of £24,000+
Part-time hours will also be considered with a pro-rata salary of the above salary.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily processing of all mortgage applications who will control the release of completion funds. In addition you will support the Senior Mortgage Underwriter by focusing on the day to day operations within Mortgage Processing and be a team player.

To apply for a position you must have some mortgage experience or be an experienced underwriter currently with ability to develop key relationships with Brokers and Business Development Managers to ensure you understand their business priorities and issues.
