Saffron Building Society is excited to announce a newly created role working as part of our Mortgage Sales team reporting directly into our Head of Mortgage Sales.
Our new Mortgage Sales Officer role will work closely with another MSO dealing with all new mortgage enquiries, customer retention, broker registrations and internal reports.
Our ideal candidate would be a friendly, influential, positive communicator with natural relationship building skills.
This opportunity has been created to provide the highest level of customer service when dealing with all mortgage customer enquiries along being the first point of contact for new lending as well as those coming to the end of a mortgage product. This role will ensure all new intermediaries are registered to introduce mortgage business and support is given to use our online broker portal.
This is a rewarding role working closely with our Mortgage Advisers; therefore a CeMap 1 qualification is desirable, but not essential.

It's a permanent role; hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday totalling 35 hours per week.
