The Mortgage & Protection Broker Role:
As a Mortgage & Protection Broker based in Liverpool, you’ll receive a consistent stream of high-quality leads and provide fee-free, tailored advice to clients at every step of the mortgage journey. Your role will be to guide clients through the complex process of securing the right mortgage and protection products to suit their unique financial needs and goals.

Mortgage & Protection Broker Key Responsibilities:

• Offer expert, fee-free mortgage and protection advice.
• Help clients secure the best mortgage and protection products available.
• Assess financial information and eligibility to make appropriate recommendations.
• Analyse and compare mortgage and protection products across multiple lenders.
• Stay current on new products and changes in mortgage regulations.
• Maintain compliance and offer impartial advice in line with industry standards.
• Work collaboratively with support, administration, and protection teams.

Mortgage & Protection Broker Offer:

• Employed: £30k base with commission (OTE £90k - £100k)
• Commission Structure: £10.5k validation, 40% commission thereafter
• Hybrid working and a dedicated Client Relationship Manager
• All leads provided - no need for self-generation
• Quarterly advisor gatherings for team connection
• Self-employed option available (40% commission)

Mortgage & Protection Broker Requirments:

• CeMAP Qualified Mortgage & Protection Broker
• Proven track record in mortgage and protection sales
• Reliable, self-motivated, and driven to achieve
• Able to work autonomously and provide trustworthy service
