Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) are a nationally recognised mortgage broker and network, winners of over 70 awards in the past 5 years and continually growing.

We require a quality Mortgage & Protection Adviser to work for our highly successful broker business partners dot Financial Services within their estate agency branch networks, Townends & Regents, based in the Sunbury & Staines areas.

The role has come about as a result of a continued growth plans and an increasing abundance of leads generated by the successful estate agency sales team and other sources. An attractive employed package is on offer with a negotiable basic salary, commission and car or allowance and a flexible working arrangement.

Lead generation is key and this business is supremely pro-active and fully embraces the FS culture quality advisers require with high volumes of client referrals being at the forefront of their model as outlined above.

You will be working in a team that is fully established and geared up to support a quality adviser with full marketing, lead generation, market leading systems, training support and a proven track record to deliver high volumes of business.

You will need to be fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with at least 12-18 months recent experience and be able to demonstrate a fantastic track record with proven figures, although we will consider advisers looking to re-enter the market after no more than 2-3 years' absence.
