Our highly respected, market leading & award winning mortgage broker and estate agents, Pygott & Crone are seeking a fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser to service the leads of their market leading estate agency branches in the SPALDING & HOLBEACH areas

This excellent opportunity has arisen for this market leading business as a result of continued aggressive & dynamic growth plans. Working from this fantastic estate agency office you will have access to an amazing lead source with appointments and leads generated by the sales teams in that office.

The remuneration for the roles will be on a competitive, rewarding employed package and we anticipate that successful candidates will earn in the region of £40,000 - 45,000 pa once established. In addition to a great package a quality company car is available once initial thresholds are met and this will be subject to change to a more substantial model and the basic salary package will do the same as you become more successful.

You will be CeMAP or equivalent qualified, with at least 12 months or more recent experience in mortgage broking and experience of working within the estate agency sector would be useful although not essential, however a demonstrable sales background is important.
