The Job

Responsible for the day to day running of the office and its functions - must develop a detailed knowledge of the businesses policy & procedures.

Carry out administrative duties to facilitate the operation while spotting improvements that could be made and plan accordingly.

Work with existing sales staff to support and grow the business.

Communicate well with higher management & assist with planning, development and implementation of projects.


Office Environment

Responsible for the office environment including office supplies and equipment.

Project Board

Taking responsibility for elements of new projects - Planning, developing, Implementing & Training.


Staff Induction

Responsible for the HR file for staff induction - Contracts, Reference Requests, Login details for internal/external systems, DBS Checks.


Manage staff adherence and holiday requests.


Aftersales & CRM Maintenance

Maintain internal CRM's & record the sales of financial products to clients.


Produce sales and quality reports in line with company requirement and distribute accordingly.

Produce Aftersales Documentation

Produce client packs in relation to products taken.

Written Communication

Manage the receipt of written communication from insurers and lenders relating to client products. Update CRM accordingly.


Quality Monitoring

Perform call monitoring & file reviews in line with company sales policy and produce output report for management.

Complains Handling

Review evidence and case notes & respond to client complaints on behalf of the business in line with complaints procedure.

The successful applicant will demonstrate middle management experience and have a knowledge of the mortgage industry. A full CeMAP would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
