Customer Service Advisor - Mortgages team
Location - Teesside
Contract: 3 Month FTC
Santander Operations provides Operational Services to more than 14 million Santander UK customers, and 600,000 business and corporate customers. With over 3,000 employees, based at over 10 UK sites supporting over 800 Santander UK branches.
Working within our Mortgage Servicing department you will complete a variety of administration tasks supporting our project teams. You will be using dual screens, working across multiple IT systems, thus the ability to multi-task is essential in this role. Although this role is primarily administration, on occasions you will liaise directly with customers and candidates.

Hours of work: 35 hours per week
The office is open between 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:00am and 4:00pm Saturdays. However, the majority of your hours will be Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
Start date: Beginning of June
