An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced hybrid mortgage advisor or hybrid mortgage broker to join a highly successful estate agency in Newbury, Berkshire.

This role offers flexibility, progression, and high earnings, with a choice of employed or self-employed models. The self-employed option includes an initial 3–4 month financial retainer and enhanced commission splits on self-generated business—ideal for brokers with their own client bank seeking additional quality leads.
