Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd has just registered a new role for a Completions Consultant to work within a very friendly and highly successful Financial Services Head office within their impressive, modern offices.
The Completions Consultant is to provide a high level of service to 3rd parties & new customers and ensures that daily activities in the Completion team are processed and administered correctly, in line with agreed service levels and in accordance to the Bank’s Policies and Procedures.
You will be responsible for processing mortgage completions by accessing documentation in support of the mortgage application as well as taking broker and solicitor telephone calls and pipeline chasing on post offers.
We are seeking customer service focussed individuals who has a basic knowledge of the life cycle of a mortgage and who has worked within Financial Services. Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English and able to use Microsoft word/excel.
