This is an outstanding opportunity for a skilled individual who has gained experience within Mortgage Complaints to develop a broader career within Lending Compliance.

Our client is a hugely successful Bank who are seeking to grow their Mortgage and Bridging Loan compliance department.

Working as part of the team the role will involve supporting the Head of Compliance who oversees the Regulated and Non Regulated transactional business.

Working as part of the team, carrying out compliance monitoring thematic reviews/QA projects.

Assist in assessing, regulatory controls and mitigating risks across the business.

Provide guidance and advice to the business and liaising with FCA.

Provide suggestions and insights to the compliance strategy and framework.

Provide MI and reports for senior management and assist in delivering regulatory training across the business.

Assist on projects providing regulatory input

The ideal candidate will have previous experience and good knowledge of mortgage and/or Non regulated lending.
