Full time permanent position - 35 hours a week.
This is a rewarding position where you can progress further within the Mortgage departments.
You will be integral in delivering the department’s vision by providing an exceptional telephony mortgage service to both existing members and new customers.
You will be the first point of contact, receiving inbound calls from customers, building relationships and asking questions to establish and satisfy needs, helping customers achieve their goals.
Duties include -
To provide an outstanding telephony mortgage service, accurately completing affordability/lending policy checks, mortgage transactions, answering questions and queries relating to mortgages and ensuring that customer requirements are clearly understood and competently carried out.
To engage with customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner to understand their current situation and needs.
