About the Mortgage Case Manager Role
You’ll be the engine behind complex mortgage applications—supporting senior brokers on large, often multi-layered cases involving high-net-worth clients and specialist lenders.
But here’s the real value: this isn’t just a job—it’s a career launchpad. You’ll receive full training, get hands-on with big-ticket deals, and in time, gain your CeMAP (fully funded), start running your own cases, and ultimately move into a Mortgage Broker role with £100k+ earning potential if desired.

Mortgage Case Manager Key Responsibilities

• Managing mortgage applications from submission to completion, liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and brokers.
• Supporting brokers with case packaging, fact-finding, and research on complex deals.
• Handling high-net-worth cases with discretion, efficiency, and a high level of detail.
• Monitoring pipelines and ensuring milestones are met within tight deadlines.
• Taking ownership of communication and documentation at every stage of the process.
• Learning the ropes from top brokers to prepare for a future in sales and advice.

Mortgage Case Manager Package

• Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 (DOE)
• Hours: 35-hour work week with flexible hours
• Training: Ongoing development CeMAP fully funded in Year 2
• Progression: to Mortgage Broker if desired
• Support: Access to high-quality leads and mentorship from senior brokers

Mortgage Case Manager Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in a mortgage case management, admin, or processing role
• Strong understanding of residential mortgage applications
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
• Ambitious and career-driven, with an eye on long-term progression
