Our Client has significantly invested in their team and is looking for motivated, passionate professional people to represent their brand as a Telephony Support Agent in their busy Contact Centre. You will be expected to provide information and updates on products, policies and mortgage applications to Mortgage Brokers, Solicitors and Customers. Previous experience in a contact management or financial services business (mortgage experience would be perfect!) is a requirement for this role although extensive training will be given.
