Remuneration:

Basic to £28,000 plus car or allowance, all IT equipment, OTE £55k - £80k

Overview:

An excellent opportunity for an experienced fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified mortgage broker to join a well-known national broker firm in the new build department covering the Cambridgeshire area. Working from home you will receive 4-6 mortgage leads per week, and you will also be required to contact the existing new build sites to generate additional leads.

Main Duties:

A rare and excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker to work from home with all necessary IT equipment provided offering new clients whole of market mortgage and protection advice.

Dealing with local new build developers you will receive 4 - 6 hot new leads per week. You will offer mortgage and protection advice on a non-fee basis. As well as receiving the new leads on a regular basis you will be able to generate own leads from contacting various new build sites in the Cambridgeshire area.

You will also be required to maintain the business relationship with the new build developers.

As you will be dealing with new build enquiries it is imperative that you deal with enquiries in a swift and precise manner, as the new build sites will be wanting a commitment from the clients looking to buy a new build property.

You should be looking to bank at least £10,000 per month, earning 20% of everything banked.

Key Skills:

Applications will only be considered from fully qualified mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers who possess a good track record of offering mortgage and protection advice.

New build mortgage broker would also be a distinct advantage along with experienced in-home working.
