Would you like to work for a leading national mortgage brokerage that generates some of the most lucrative procuration fees in the market?
Would you like to benefit from pre-qualified face to face appointments in your area, where a soft-fact find has already been completed?
Would you like to benefit from highly attractive commission splits, plus a whole host of tailored services including compliance, admin, case management and T&C support?
If this sounds like the kind of firm you’d like to work for, then read on…
It is no wonder that this firm is so successful and enjoying consistent growth. The business employs over 300 Advisers throughout the UK and arranges over £1Bn in lending per annum. It offers a whole host of services including Mortgage Broking and Financial Planning.
In this home-based role, as an experienced Mortgage Broker, you will service the Mortgage and Protection requirements of clients in your local area. With access to a vast amount of lenders and insurers, together with the best rates in the market, this will make your job an’ easy sell.’
Our client is looking for you to have your own existing client bank (typically generating £75K in fees per annum as a minimum). However, in addition to this, you will be supplied with appointments and potentially client banks in some instances. Simply by moving to this brokerage, you could increase your income substantially, due to the deals that it has in place and the high procuration fees and protection commissions it benefits from.
As expected, you will be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and have significant experience within whole of market mortgage broking. 'Cultural fit’ is extremely important with this business and you must be compliant, ethical and honest, with a genuine passion for mortgage broking.
