Our client, which is well respected in the Edinburgh market, are offering an experienced, well established broker the opportunity to access High Net Worth clients (HNW) in the affluent surrounding areas - representing some of the wealthiest clients in Scotland - and therefore really drive up their earning potential while decreasing the number or mortgage cases they write.

Working principally face to face with your clients, who will primarily include high end professionals and Directors, you will have the opportunity to use your wealth of experience to get access to some of the most lucrative deals happening across Scotland. You will also benefit from access to a variety of other introducers, including a number of estate agency branches of a national chain, accountancy practices and wealth managers.

You will be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), with at least two years whole of market broking experience and preferentially a banking background with experience in dealing with HNW clients. You will be able to bring business with you, sufficient to support yourself financially during the initial few months whilst bedding in.

Working on a self-employed basis, you will benefit from an incredibly lucrative commission structure in which you take home everything over an agreed validation. On this basis, the Director of this firm expects that the OTE will be a £75K minimum.
