The company are currently looking for an employed Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their mortgage team which consists of some of the top mortgage business writers nationally, based within their primely located City of London office which is a short walk from Liverpool Street Railway Station.
As an employed independent Mortgage and Protection Advisor you will be provided with a number of quality client leads each week granting you the opportunity to write an average of 20 mortgage cases per month, you will also benefit from receiving further leads from the firms well established existing client base.
You will be provided with full administration and compliance support in house.
Working hours within the role are on a Monday to Friday only basis and are;
Monday to Thursday - 10:00am to 19:00pm
Friday - 9:00am to 17:00pm
You will receive a competitive basic salary of circa £40,000 which is negotiable based on ability/role experience, plus commission based on completed mortgage and protection business leading to an OTE of £65,000, plus benefits including a pension scheme, season ticket loan and private medical insurance.
- Mortgage and Protection Advice experience – Within the independent market is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Preferably previous experience of the Mortgage Brain and Intelligent Office software systems as an advantage but not essential, training will be provided.
- Fully Cemap (or equivalent).
