Working within a high-volume environment with 75+ property sales per month and an average property value of £270,000, this position offers exceptional lead flow, strong earning potential and long-term career stability.

This role is ideal for a fully CeMAP-qualified advisor who is ambitious, financially driven and committed to delivering high-quality advice.

Main Duties

In this busy Weston-Super-Mare branch, you will be responsible for delivering regulated mortgage and protection advice to a consistent stream of motivated clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing whole-of-market mortgage advice
• Conducting detailed affordability assessments
• Managing mortgage applications through to completion
• Building strong relationships with clients and branch colleagues
• Explaining mortgage products clearly and professionally
• Staying up to date with lender criteria, industry changes and FCA regulations
• Working effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Key Skills & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
• Confident communication and strong client-facing skills
• Analytical ability and strong problem-solving capability
• Knowledge of whole-of-market products and lender requirements
• A customer-focused and professional approach
• Motivation to excel in a busy, high-conversion environment
