Starting with a guaranteed minimum salary of up to £50,000 for the first 12 months, you’ll have the potential to increase your earnings year after year.
As you advance in your career and consistently achieve excellent customer outcomes while meeting your KPIs, you’ll have the chance to be promoted to Senior Mortgage Advisor and beyond. Their promotion offers increases in base salaries, additional benefits, and enhanced commission rates.
Working Hours:
- Remote working / Home based
- Monday to Friday (Flexibility to daily working hours as required by workloads)
- Saturdays and evening work are required
The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:
- £25,000 - £35,000 basic
- Upto £50,000 minimum salary guarantee for the first 12 months – dependent on written business
- OTE £55,000 - £100,000+
- Annual salary review
- NO cold calling or self-generation
- Unlimited leads - you will be provided with 5 pre-qualified appointments each week which already have an AIP in place.
- Full admin and case progression support leaving them more time to sell.

Mortgage Advisor requirements:
- Minimum of 18 months experience with CAS status and a proven track record in writing business.
- Full CeMAP mortgage qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience dealing with New Homes mortgages is desirable but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with outstanding communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple format.
- Knowledge and understanding of current compliance regulations.
- Highly competent using Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Full driving licence and use of own car
- Smart and well presented at all times, portraying a professional image.
- Outgoing, ambitious and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a pressurised environment.
Mortgage Advisor responsibilities:
- Arranging mortgage and mortgage-related insurance products
- Ensure all appointments are followed up and managed in a timely manner.
- Undertaking both face-to-face and telephone fact-finds as required.
- Ensure current regulation guidelines including, Money laundering and GDPR requirements are adhered to.
- Diligent and focused on providing the highest level of mortgage advice and customer service to clients.
- Following the mortgage sales process, ensuring full compliance at all times.
- Visit and maintain relationships with introduced / clients.
- Ensure that all documentation is current and up-to-date
