Mortgage Advisor
Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) are a nationally recognised mortgage broker and network, winners of over 200 awards in the past 5 years and continually growing.
We require a high quality & accomplished Mortgage & Protection Advisor to work for one of our established, dynamic and highly respected market leading New Homes Mortgage Broker practices covering the NORWICH & NORFOLK region!
Lead generation is key and this business and its team are supremely pro-active and fully embrace the FS culture quality advisers require with quality leads
Ideally you will already be an experienced Mortgage & Protection advisor in the New Homes Sector, although this is not an essential requirement, however you must have broker experience of 2 years or more.
You must also be able to demonstrate success in protection advice & recommendation business of 50% penetration or more and have demonstrable evidence ideally!
This role provides a superb infrastructure in place to provide top class service to developer and clients alike, including excellent administration and back office support.
You will need to demonstrate excellent relationship management of your developer accounts, attending regular sales meetings and WEEKLY visits to sites and your 5 day working week will include 3 weekend days per month!
You will have to also demonstrate a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets by providing professional and quality advice from the whole of market, have the pace required to convert leads ensuring no stone is unturned, whilst maintaining our company policy of treating customers fairly.
Earnings potential is realistically in the region of £50 - 60K pa with a fantastic employed package and you will need to be fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
