We are currently working with a independent and leading financial services company in the Christchurch area who are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join their growing team.

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be using your experience and market knowledge to offer professional mortgage advice solutions in accordance with Financial Services Authority Regulations, providing the most suitable mortgage advice for the clients you are dealing with.

The successful candidate must come from a similar position and have at least two years experience in a Mortgage Advisor position.

Working in the financial sector, you'll be helping people find and apply for the right mortgage and making sure they are fully informed about what's available. You will be surrounded with people in the same or similar role, with a constant aim to motivate each other to smash targets.

This is small close knit team and not a call centre environment!

To be successful in this role:
*CEMAP qualified (Level 3)
*Be proactive and outgoing in personality
*Good communication and listening skills
*The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
*Excellent customer service skills
*Honest and trustworthy attitude
*An interest in legal and financial matters
*Good mathematical and computer skills
*Respect for confidential information
