One of the big differences is that we bring the customers to you. Our team of talented Mortgage Assistants pre-screen all calls so that you’re raring to go when you pick up the phone. There’s also no appointments to attend as all your work will be completed over the phone - bonus! You’ll also break the repetitive 9-5 cycle as this role gives you a varied shift pattern. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 8am to 4pm and Sunday 10am to 3pm, which you will cover on a rotational basis. This should free you up to do those activities outside of work.
All we ask from you is that you’re fully CeMap qualified, with experience of providing Mortgage Advice. Most of all you need to have a customer centric attitude, with a passion for creating memorable conversations with our customers.

Salary - up to £34,000 depending on experience.
