Mortgage Adviser - Gloucester
Competitive Basic Salary
£60,000 OTE + Car allowance
My client is a market-leading, award-winning Estate Agency and Mortgage Broker with offices across Gloucestershire. They are experiencing continual growth and are currently looking for a Full-Time Branch-Based Mortgage Adviser to join a successful team. You will be joining an incredibly busy and established branch that predominantly work with a portfolio of sought-after properties.
Branch-based, to provide clients with suitable recommendations from the whole of the Broker market for Mortgages and a panel of providers for associated protection policies.
- Conducting face-to-face / telephone appointments with clients
- Giving clients Advice & Recommendation
- Arranging mortgages and pure protection policies to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Responding quickly and effectively to all communication from clients
- Full CeMap qualification or equivalent CF1 & CF6
- Minimum 12 months experience
- Planning and organising
- Customer Service
- Strong communication skills
- Driven to achieve results
