We require a high quality Mortgage Adviser to work for the established, AWARD WINNING, highly respected & market leading estate agency Moginie James who have an unparalleled reputation in the CARDIFF area. A competitive package including a quality company car is on offer to the successful candidate and you should comfortably earn in the region of £50,000 pa. You will need to demonstrate your mortgage adviser sales to date and must be driven, passionate and hungry to succeed!

Lead generation is key and this business and its team are supremely pro-active and fully embrace the FS culture quality advisers require with high numbers of quality leads per month easily attained, consistently

You will be working in a team that is fully established and geared up to support a quality adviser, with full marketing, lead generation, administration & training support available.

You must be fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and ideally have at least 12 months experience as a mortgage adviser, preferably in the whole of market sector and estate agency experience would be extremely useful.
