Mortgage Adviser/Advisor/Broker - SITTINGBOURNE

Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) are a nationally recognised mortgage broker and network, winners of over 150 awards in the past 5 years and continually growing.

We require high quality Mortgage & Protection Advisers who will be based at the Kent Science Park in SITTINGBOURNE or if you wish, you may work from home.

The roles have come about due to continued expansion & growth at one of our most successful AR business partners, MAB Kent, working in partnership with market leading estate agencies and other lead sources.

Lead generation is key and this business is supremely pro-active and fully embraces the FS culture quality advisers require with high quality leads being at the forefront of the business, however, there will be a need for you to generate your own leads to supplement those on offer and they will offer support in sourcing such leads.

The earnings potential for a quality adviser is realistically in the region of £45,000-50,000 on either an employed or self employed basis with a generous commission package.

You will be working in a team that is fully established and geared up to support a quality adviser, with full marketing, lead generation & training support available.

You must be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with at least 6-12 months recent experience as a mortgage broker. Administration, managerial and compliance support is provided along with state of the art IT and back office software.
