Ideal Person

Ideally, you’ll be working for a bank or building society but we will consider brokers who understand a 'no-sales’, customer first culture. You will need full CeMAP or equivalent, and you’ll need to demonstrate that you can network within your branch or office team to self-generate leads, although obviously, the majority of your work will be from customer-branch inquiries. You must be well-organized, and have a good understanding of the Reading area and be flexible enough to offer coverage elsewhere when needed.
