Mortgage Administrator – London

Are you an experienced mortgage administrator who loves everything mortgages?

Join our client, a high-end, boutique financial services brokerage in London that works on complex, high-value cases and serves discerning clients.

This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where precision, client care, and specialist knowledge are prized. You’ll be part of a team helping clients whose financial lives are sophisticated and often cross-jurisdictional.

Responsibilities:

Key mortgage applications and manage them through the full lifecycle, from submission to lender offer.

Liaise proactively with lenders, solicitors, clients, and internal stakeholders to drive momentum.

Prepare and maintain client files, documents, and compliance records to exacting standards.

Undertake product research and support consultants in preparation for client meetings.

Experience required:

  • You will bring at least three years’ experience in mortgage administration, ideally in specialist or complex cases.
  • A career administrator who does not desire to move into advice.
  • You’re confident in keying applications, structuring files, and handling issues quickly and decisively.
  • You have excellent communication skills — polished over the phone, in writing, and with high-net-worth clientele.
  • You have a strong client service mindset and can operate with high discretion.
  • You’re a team player who also uses initiative when things get busy.
  • CeMAP qualification is a plus, but not essential.
