Hours: 9- 5 Mon - Fri (Flexi Time available)
Our client (an established Right-to-Buy mortgage specialist) is experiencing continued success and growth which has created an opportunity for a self motivated and results driven Mortgage Administrator to join a small but established team.
Duties and responsibilities
The Mortgage Administrator is required to liaise extensively between the New Business Department, Field Sales Advisor, mortgage lender, client, and solicitor to ensure the mortgage process runs smoothly.
To co-ordinate the processing of the mortgage from start to finish whilst ensuring that all internal and regulatory requirements are adhered to.
All applications must be processed in a timely manner, maintaining quality standards and reducing errors through a high level of processing accuracy.
Working to team targets and KPI’s
You should have current and relevant experience within a similar role (ideally within the subprime mortgage market)
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise workloads and work to strict deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a demanding fast-paced environment keeping up to date with the latest changes in the industry’s criteria
