A Mortgage Administrator is required for this leading, well established company based in Chester
You will work closely with a team of Mortgage Advisors providing administrative support to them and their clients. Duties will include:
- Deal with telephone and email enquiries
- Be responsible for the administration side of the mortgage process - liaising with clients and brokers, collecting information and documents
- Regularly dealing with clients updating them on their mortgage application
- Handling enquires and information requests from Solicitors, Life Insurers and Estate Agents
To be suitable for this role you will have previous administration experience, be computer literate and have outstanding communication skills.
This role offers a basic salary of £15,000-£18,000 per annum (depending on experience) with the opportunity to grow and develop with the business.
