Mortgage Administrator - Chelmsford - Depending on experience, salary expectation £19,000-£20,000 plus bonuses
Due to ongoing expansion, our clients are seeking to recruit an experienced Mortgage Administrator to strengthen their established team based at their Head Office in Chelmsford.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year’s experience in mortgage administration.
Duties will include regular liaison with lenders to obtain updates on application status, progress mortgages through to offer stage and liaising with solicitors until completion.
Other duties will include processing incoming mail, handling telephone enquiries and liaising with the Financial Advisors and Sales Team.
Candidates will also be expected to visit branch networks around the County and offer support to their Advisors in the field.
Hours of work Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
