This exciting opportunity will be based in their fast paced, friendly and ever growing office in Bristol. Your roles main focus will be providing administrative services to mortgage advisors while liaising with external service providers. You will provide the highest standards of customer service while being prompt, accurate and courteous to all our customers while servicing their enquiries.
- Facilitate mortgage applications to completion liaising with clients, mortgage lenders and solicitors to ensure a smooth transition from application to completion
- Apply regular follow up calls to ensure client feels informed and updated about the progress of their mortgage
- Ensure all relevant documentation is completed to ensure case can successfully and seamlessly transition to completion
- Deal with existing customer and lender queries
- Maintain diary management and ensure that all tasks are completed within the correct timeframes
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in a similar role and it is essential that you have up to date and recently applied knowledge of the Mortgage sector. You will need to be a driven and ambitious individual with the desire to want to progress and grow throughout the company.
