We are currently recruiting for a well-respected and multi award winning Mortgage specialist who are in the enviable position of being one of a limited few "hybrid" distributors offering mortgage intermediaries access to various specialist lenders via their mortgage club on a direct to lender basis and other lenders on a packaged basis. The company prides itself on its true independent status working with directly authorised intermediaries and appointed representatives of all partner networks.

Due to continued success and growth, they now have an exciting opportunity for someone to join them as a Mortgage Administrator in their Altrincham office, where free parking can be provided!

As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be required to deal with a variety of admin-based tasks relating to mortgage applications, which includes actioning requests from brokers dealing with the business. Once a new Mortgage application case comes in, you will be required to action all related emails, and then notify the broker of all client documents received. You will also be required to chase up clients by phone and email to obtain key information or documentation.

To be considered for this role, strong administration and customer service-based skills are essential. Ideally applications are sought from those with experience within a financial services or mortgage administration based role, although applicants with strong office based, administration and customer service experience gained within insurance will also be considered.

The salary on offer is £19-23,000, and office hours are Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5pm.
