Our client is an award winning firm of Independent Financial Advisors and due to a period of growth are looking to recruit a highly organised, driven and helpful Mortgage Administrator to join their well-established team.
Reporting to the Office Manager, duties will include completion of forms to lenders and submission of mortgage applications, liaising with advisers, clients, solicitors, & lenders. In addition you will undertake general administrative duties including answering the phone, letter writing, sorting the post and handle any queries
The successful applicants will ideally have at least 1 years’ experience within a similar role and have a broad understanding of the Mortgage administration process. You will have a user knowledge of computer based systems including CRM, Word & Excel, have an excellent telephone manner and a high attention to detail. Whilst not essential for this role, previous experience in a Finance related role will be an advantage. Training will be given to help all successful applicants succeed and excel in this role.
