Your new company is a well established business who support the local area with financial support and advice. They are well known and are easily accessible. Your new company is located in the Morecambe area and have been expanding over the past few years.
Your new role
Your new role involves you being responsible for all aspects of Mortgage, life and insurance administration as directed by the advisers, for answering telephone calls to the firm, ensuring that messages are passed on, meeting and greeting clients in a friendly and courteous manner and taking an active role in the marketing side of the business such as organising of social/charity events.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to:
- Be able to abide by policies, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Be organised through filing, time management and prioritising tasks.
- Work to deadlines
- Be professional and polite in your manner
- Be confident dealing with clients face to face and over the phone.
- Be competent in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
