Due to increasing levels of business, our Client is looking to recruit several experienced Mortgage Administrators, to work on a full-time basis (part-time hours may be considered) in Gateshead.
Duties will include:-
- Responding to telephone enquiries, gather and record initial information
- Refer and liaise with Mortgage Advisers, make appointments
- Check and process applications, liaising with 3rd parties through to successful completion
- Adhere to FCA regulations
Applications are invited from candidates with previous mortgage processing experience. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to process information both quickly and accurately. Working hours are either 9am to 6pm or 11am to 8pm, during weekdays and from 10am to 6pm on a Saturday and Sunday. The working week is Thursday through to Monday, with Tuesday and Wednesday off. Hours may be flexible for suitably experienced candidates. Salary will range from £16,000 to £20,000 plus benefits, including pension, 20 days holiday and free parking.
